Based in Seattle, Chef Tami is a food writer, providing recipes, inspirational cooking and baking ideas, gastronomic delights, cuisine, restaurant, television shows and product reviews, essays, food photography/styling and the latest culinary news.

is passionate about food,
cooking, writing and
photography. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Administration October, 9, 2005. In December 2006 I earned a Professional Certificate in Gastronomy from Le Cordon Bleu. I have combined a love for the culinary arts with food photography. Recently I attended the Photographic Center Northwest for Photography classes. Taking photographs to me is a way of expressing myself. I also love music and my iPod. I enjoy going to the movies, watching television and walks with my two dogs Zephyr the Border Collie & Cocoa the Pug.
My heart goes out to the lives that were lost in the London terrorism attacks. England is a beautiful country and I feel proud to have spent time there. The world is a scary place, but I am glad to see that London has resumed their daily activities. My prayers are with all the families that lost loved ones and the people that were hurt I hope have a speedy recovery. Thanks, Tami
