Pastry Chef Bonnie and Pastry Chef Tami at the Dessert Ridge Shopping Center in Phoenix! This was the first night we were in town, so we decided to go out to eat at the Grill Restaurant before heading back to the hotel where the World Pastry Forum began the next day.
